- ➤ At its September 16 meeting, the Murrieta City Council approved Ordinance No. 623-25 to allow a development agreement for the Triangle Shops project on about 64 acres along Murrieta Hot Springs Road—between Interstate 15 and Interstate 215. The deal with Tres Estrellas, LLC and Domenigoni Barton Properties, LLC passed unanimously. City of Murrieta
