- ➤ Mt. San Jacinto College launched Studio215 and ieNOW at its Menifee campus with help from Riverside County Third District Supervisor Chuck Washington to offer students and local businesses professional media services and training. The new initiatives will deliver live and on-demand digital content and share local stories from the Inland Empire—aiming to boost regional media coverage. Valley News
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The Murrieta City Council introduced Ordinance No. 623-25 on September 2 that approves a development agreement with Tres Estrellas, LLC and Domenigoni Barton Properties, LLC for a 64-acre project along Murrieta Hot Springs Road between Interstate 15 and Interstate 215—known locally as the Triangle project. The ordinance will be considered for final adoption at the Regular City Council Meeting on September 16. City of Murrieta
- ➤ The City of Murrieta is hosting its free City Hall Citizens Academy to give residents an inside view of how City Hall works with leaders from Public Safety, Economic Development, and Community Services. Those who attend all three academies—City Hall, Fire, and Police—will earn certificates and be named City Ambassadors by the City Council. Valley News
- ➤ On September 16th at 6:00 p.m., the Murrieta City Council will review the final parcel map application for Jefferson LA-A, LLC to subdivide 31.694 acres for 852 multifamily units at City Hall—engineering staff confirmed the map meets all required conditions.
