  • Temecula Valley Historical Society will host filmmaker Bradley Munoa and producer Nico Magee at 6 p.m. on April 27 at the Little Temecula History Museum (the red barn) to preview People of the West, a ten-part documentary series on Native California history. The program will share selected clips and discuss local historical narratives.  Valley News

EDUCATION NEWS

  • On April 16-17, Murrieta Valley High School transformed its campus for the 'Every 15 Minutes' simulation to show the dangers of impaired driving for juniors and seniors. Local agencies and responders partnered with the school to stage realistic crash scenes + emergency extractions that underscored life-altering consequences.  Valley News

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • The EMWD board approved a water transfer agreement with the San Diego County Water Authority on April 1, and the CWA board unanimously approved the deal on April 9, ensuring Eastern will purchase at least 10,000 acre-feet of water annually to boost local supply.  Valley News
