WELCOME to the 2026 Temecula Valley Young Marines Birthday Ball!

Our event brings together Young Marines from multiple units, along with their families and friends. Please do not let your Young Marine miss this amazing experience! The Young Marines Birthday Ball emulates the traditions of the United States Marine Corps Birthday Ball and is a special opportunity to recognize our Young Marines for their hard work, dedication, leadership, and service throughout our communities.

The evening will include a ceremony performed by our Young Marines, recognition, awards, food, raffles, pictures, and dancing.

Our staff and parent volunteers have worked very hard to put this event together to honor these outstanding Young Marines!

DATE: Sunday, November 8, 2026

TIME: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

IMPORTANT: Doors will close promptly at 2:00 PM for the start of the ceremony and will reopen once the ceremony has concluded. Please arrive early and allow enough time for check-in.

GUEST DRESS ATTIRE

Formal

YOUNG MARINE DRESS ATTIRE

Private through Lance Corporal:

Digital Uniform with ribbons and a plain white crew-neck T-shirt.

Corporal or higher:

Service “C” uniform if available

Staff Sergeant or higher:

Authorized to wear Service “A” uniform, if available.

TICKET DEADLINE

Last Day to Purchase Tickets:

October 18, 2026 at Midnight

The ticket link will be disabled after the deadline.

NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE DOOR.

Children 12 months and younger do not require a ticket, per Pechanga policy. All other guests are required to purchase a ticket.

IMPORTANT YOUNG MARINE SAFETY INFORMATION

ALL YOUNG MARINES WITHOUT A PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST BE WALKED TO THE BALLROOM AND SIGNED IN AND OUT WITH THEIR DESIGNATED REGISTERED VOLUNTEER ADULT.

This must be one of their unit’s registered adult staff members. If you do not know who your Young Marine’s designated adult is, please contact your unit.

ABSOLUTELY NO DROP-OFFS OR PICKUPS AT THE CASINO DOORS ARE PERMITTED.

This policy is strictly enforced for the safety of our Young Marines.

TICKET CHECKOUT

Please answer all requested questions during checkout so we can properly arrange seating with your unit. Information requested will include the ticket holder’s name, email address, and Young Marine unit.

Please make sure anyone purchasing tickets knows their Young Marine’s unit. If this information is not provided, you risk not being seated with your unit or Young Marine. Once seating arrangements are finalized, adjustments cannot be guaranteed.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE

Please print your ticket barcode or save it to your phone before arriving.

Upon scanning your ticket, all ticketed guests will receive a non-removable wristband. Only ticketed guests wearing a wristband will be permitted inside the ballroom.

LATE ARRIVALS

The ballroom doors will close promptly at 2:00 PM for the ceremony.

Guests arriving late will not be permitted into the ballroom until the ceremony has concluded and the doors reopen.

Please plan accordingly and arrive early.

RAFFLE BASKETS

Raffle baskets will be available to view prior to the ceremony. Additional raffle tickets will also be available for purchase inside the ballroom.

PHOTOGRAPHER

Our Photography Specialist will once again be offering portraits during the Birthday Ball. Guests may choose individual Young Marine portraits or family photos. Several backdrops and props will be available, along with reasonably priced photo packages.

These photos make wonderful keepsakes and gifts!

IMPORTANT RESTRICTION

NO ALCOHOL IS PERMITTED IN THE BALLROOM AT ANY TIME.

We are excited to have you join us as we celebrate our Young Marines and recognize their OUTSTANDING dedication, leadership, and service to the Young Marines organization!
