About this event
This class is perfect for someone coming out of Physical Therapy or new to Pilates. Basic concepts and exercises are performed which is good for someone with no prior Pilates experience or someone who needs to continue to retrain and strengthen their muscles correctly. For a client with a past injury, this a good way to continue Physical Therapy to prevent their injury from reoccurring while a new client can learn the basic concepts practiced in Pilates
