The Mommy & me 30 min workouts is a specialized fitness class that allows parents to exercise while keeping their baby or toddlers actively engaged or safely involved. These sessions focus on postpartum recovery, core rebuilding, and total body strengthening while providing an opportunity to bond with your little one and connect with other mommas. * 0-5 years old * Two (2) kid per parent * Dads are welcome to join
