About this event
This is a unique, 60 minute, HOT (approximately 98 degrees with 40% humidity) class. We will move, sweat, strengthen and stretch to great music in this challenging and uplifting hour. Expect a Vinyasa Yoga format as well as other strengthening exercises as we work on power, range of motion, flexibility, and overall body tone. You will see different and creative sequences in each class to add variety, spice and play to your practice.
