Embrace the Energy of the Full Moon and join us in the Salt Cave for a beautiful evening of meditation, sound and ceremony.

The Full Moon is a time to pause, reflect and let go. Allowing yourself space to release what no longer feels aligned and creating space for what you’re ready to welcome next.

We’ll begin with a guided meditation to help you slow down, settle into your body and leave the outside world behind. From there, simply get cozy in your zero-gravity chair and allow the sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes and other instruments to wash over you as you rest, reset and exhale.

Throughout the evening, we’ll take time to reflect on the current Full Moon, what it may be inviting us to release and where we’re being called to create a little more space in our lives.

We’ll close with a grounding meditation and an oracle or tarot card for a little extra guidance as you move forward into the next lunar cycle.

Come exactly as you are. No experience is needed — just give yourself permission to slow down, receive and enjoy 90 minutes that are completely for you.
